An Arkansas sheriff was nabbed in a neighboring county on drug and weapons possession costs, according to local reports.
Sheriff Jimmy Stephens, who represents Johnson County within the northwest nook of the state, was arrested Saturday in close by Crawford County, state police mentioned.
Stephens was arrested after a visitors cease and was being held on the Crawford County Detention Center, 4029 News reported. He is due in court docket Monday.
Stephens is now dealing with costs for concurrently being in possession of weapons and medicines, in line with the report, which didn’t establish the kind of medication.
