Earthshot Prize winner’s mission to exchange single-use plastic with seaweed

They’ve been dubbed the “Oscars of the Earth”: the Earthshot Prizes, which recognize and reward innovative projects addressing climate change and other serious environmental problems. Correspondent Ramy Inocencio shows us one of the winners, whose mission is to replace single-use plastic with seaweed, to solve a truly ocean-sized problem.
