House January 6 committee prepares prison referrals and remaining report

The House select committee investigating the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol says it will release the list of criminal referrals next week alongside the report of its findings. The panel may also refer the five Republican House members who defied their subpoenas to the House Ethics Committee.
