We keep going down the line with the Top 50 players in the Pac-12 going into 2022.

With the players ranked 41-50 we saw a lot of the quarterbacks in the Conference who have to prove themselves.

In this group, we see mostly veterans who have been good players for years and a couple of Utah youngsters who could be future defensive stars.

40. Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Quarterback, UCLA

DTR has gotten a lot of flack from Pac-12 fans in his career, but he’s been good the past two seasons, and getting him back is good for Chip Kelly and the Bruins.

He looks like he could be the Conference’s best after the two elite QBs.

Brett Neilon | USC Athletics

39. Brett Neilon, Center, USC

The Trojans get their veteran in the middle back, an All-Pac-12 type player. He has a ton of starts under his belt and should bolster their run game in the middle.

38. Andrew Vorhees, Guard, USC

Voorhees is one of the most experienced and smooth returning linemen in the Conference. He’s another All-Pac-12 player up front for the Trojans, and getting him back was a big score for Lincoln Riley.

Alex Forsyth | Eric Evans Photography

37. Alex Forsyth, Center, Oregon

Forsyth could be a First-Team All-Pac-12 player in 2022 if he can get back to being healthy after getting hurt in 2021. One of the best veteran linemen in the Conference.

Rezjohn Wright | Oregon State Athletics

36. Rezjohn Wright, Cornerback, Oregon State

The Beavers have a ton of All-Conference type veterans in their secondary and Wright is one of them. He’s their best pure cover corner.

35. Armani Marsh, Cornerback, Washington State

Marsh had a great season for the Cougars in 2021. One of the best cover corners in the Conference, he logged 70 tackles and three interceptions last year.

34. Merlin Robertson, Linebacker, Arizona State

Robertson been playing in the Pac-12 for a long time and has been a tough and big-hitting LB ever since he got to Tempe.

He has one more ride through the Conference and should be one of its best veteran linebackers.

Junior Tafuna | Shafkat Anowar/Deseret News

33. Junior Tafuna, Defensive Tackle, Utah

The Utes have developed stud defensive tackle after defensive tackle. Tafuna looks to be the next in line and was one of the best freshman defensive players in the nation last year.

Cole Bishop | Adam Cairns/USA TODAY Sports

32. Cole Bishop, Safety, Utah

Another freshman who looked amazing so early in his career with the Utes. He’s a versatile and dynamic player in the secondary and probably a future star in the Conference.

Brennan Jackson | 247Sports

31. Brennan Jackson, Defensive End, Washington State

A stellar pass-rusher who can ruin a quarterback’s day, Jackson is consistent with pressure. He also has the size and strength to hold up on the edge in run support.
