Pac-12

Talks of a partnership between the Pac-12 and Big 12 conferences had been taking place, but according to a report they have now stopped.

The Big 12, apparently, did not see enough value in doing a full-conference merger with the conference of champions, and so they decided to end the discussions.

Now the Pac-12 is back to Square One, with its LA schools on their way out and no concrete next-step plan in place.

On today’s episode of Locked On Pac-12, I’m joined by Carter Bahns, senior editor/writer at BeaverBlitz.com, to discuss why this latest piece of conference realignment news–or rather, a lack of groundbreaking news–is a great revelation for schools like Oregon State and Washington State.

Does it news mean the Pac-12 (10) is bound to stay together?

We conclude the show with Carter sharing his thoughts on the Beavers’ latest (and notable) commitments. 4-star DL Kelze Howard and 3-star QB Aidan Chiles are two names that have gotten the attention of Oregon State fans, and rightfully so.
