At the same time, 265 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours. The daily positivity rate has dropped to less than one percent at 0.17 percent. The weekly positivity rate has also dropped from one percent to 0.15 percent. The number of active patients in the country is now 2706.

220 crore cross vaccination

According to the Ministry of Health, the speed of corona vaccination is also visible in the country. So far, a total of 220.10 crore vaccinations have been done. In this, 95.13 crore people have got second dose of corona and 22.40 crore booster dose. There, 64239 people got vaccinated in the last 24 hours across the country.

The government also increased the corona testing

With the introduction of new variants BF.7 and XBB 1.5, the government has increased corona testing across the country. In the last 24 hours, 157671 people were tested for corona. So far 91.09 crore corona tests have been done in the country.
