Miami-Dade Fire Rescue dispatchers confirmed a division helicopter airlifted the person to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. His situation was not instantly obtainable.

According to the preliminary info from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission — the company investigating the accident — two private watercraft have been concerned within the crash off Wilmington Street, which occurred round 6 p.m.
