He had alleged that the SAD had given a false enterprise to the ECI that it had amended its structure to include rules of socialism and secularism, whereas it continued its actions as a ‘Panthic’ occasion and took part within the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) elections.
