Seton Hall beats Monmouth 79-52 in opener
NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — Tray Jackson scored 12 factors off of the bench to assist lead Seton Hall over Monmouth 79-52 on Wednesday night time in each groups’ season opener.
Jackson added 5 rebounds for the Pirates (1-0). Tae Davis scored 11 factors and added eight rebounds. Tyrese Samuel was 3-of 4-shooting and 5 of 8 from the free-throw line to complete with 11 factors. Al-Amir Dawes scored 10 factors.
The Hawks have been led by Myles Foster, who completed with 18 factors and 15 rebounds. Tahron Allen added 11 factors and two steals. Klemen Vuga seven rebounds.
Seton Hall led Monmouth 36-17 on the half.
