Suspect arrested after report of pictures fired from automobile that later crashed


CHICAGO (CBS) — An individual was arrested after a report of pictures fired from a automobile on the Eisenhower Expressway within the western suburbs and the identical automobile was later concerned in a crash in Chicago.

Illinois State Police obtained a report of pictures allegedly being fired from a white Mercedes on Interstate 290 eastbound close to Harlem Avenue in Cook County on Wednesday round 6 p.m., in line with a news launch.

After an ISP radio description of the automobile was disseminated, a Chicago police helicopter noticed the suspect automobile touring on I-290 eastbound touring into Chicago.

The automobile then crashed into one other automobile close to thirty seventh Street and Michigan Avenue.

The driver was taken into custody by Chicago police and turned over to ISP.

No accidents have been reported. ISP didn’t present an outline of the suspect.
