Uttarkashi avalanche: Bad climate hampers rescue efforts for lacking mountaineers


Twenty-nine members of a staff from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering had gone lacking after an avalanche hit them on their approach again from the summit, in accordance with the NIM.

Twenty-six our bodies have since been recovered and three are nonetheless lacking.
